A Beautiful Start to the Day . . .

As I sat on the step at the edge of the deck, I watched Cadie run around and frolic in the backyard.  She ran through a little wooden arch made of driftwood in the garden and then leapt over the driftwood log.  I watched her some more and smiled as she sniffed, ran, stumbled, dug and engaged in various antics.  I commanded, "Cadie, come!"  As I watched her gallop toward me, with her puppy ears flappin' up and down and her little tail wagging behind her . . . well, my heart was full of joy, pure and simple.  Thank you my darling Acadia.  I love you!

Hmmm . . . I'll need to be more careful where I put my laundry!

I opened the back door to let Cadie out, I went back to the kitchen to get a glass of water before I joined her.  Next thing I know, Cadie is dragging a pair of my tights along behind her!

Almost 11 weeks old,,,close to 18.5 lbs and looking very newfy!

What a dilemna . . .!

Hmmm...which toy should I play with...

Or maybe, just maybe . . .

I should play with my basket!!!!
